2Bird Residence
Located in Yangon's Shwe Taung Kyar Area, this project exemplifies a remarkable architectural transformation. The once-classical themed house has undergone a sophisticated change, embracing a contemporary style tailored to the client's precise requirements.
BH Villa
BH Villa was originally an office building with attached living spaces above. We have since transformed the entire structure into a modern luxury living space. The previously designed building has been upgraded to offer better protection from the weather, while the interior spaces now transformed into a more vibrant and contemporary look. This renovation not only enhances functionality but also elevates the overall aesthetic, providing a sophisticated and comfortable living environment.
Golden City Condo
The client sought a modern and contemporary design for this condominium. To fulfill this vision, we seamlessly blended a warm color theme with touches of marble and cream-colored laminate, creating a sophisticated and stylish aesthetic.
JM Residence
In collaboration with an American client envisioning her dream retirement home, we successfully transcended time zones to incorporate all her desired elements into the design. Embraced by picturesque mountain ranges, the house capitalizes on its stunning natural surroundings,
maximizing panoramic views from every angle.
KAN
This project presents a unique challenge, with a long and narrow plot. Designed for multiple families cohabiting, the house ingeniously accommodates each family's needs and lifestyles. Remarkably, a rooftop swimming pool was incorporated. Despite the challenging site, the design adeptly maximizes functionality and comfort, illustrating a harmonious blend of practicality and elegance tailored to the diverse needs of its inhabitants.
KP Residence
Approached by a client to modernize an old colonial-style building, we maintained its original structure while expanding functionality. The addition of a family room above and car parking underneath augmented the usable space. To address the west-facing orientation, we seamlessly integrated wooden louvers into the design, achieving both shading and a contemporary aesthetic.
KTA RESIDENCE
Positioned on a 100 ft. × 130 ft. plot, this residence is strategically sited for future expansion. Its west-facing façade features 45-degree angled walls, reducing heat gain while optimizing indirect light. Expansive north-facing windows enhance daylight and ventilation, while narrower south-facing openings ensure controlled solar exposure. Designed for efficiency and adaptability, the home seamlessly integrates climate responsiveness with the owner’s lifestyle.
NM Residence
This residence was designed for a family of four, integrating a classic aesthetic with subtle modern elements, as per the client’s request.
Situated on a long and narrow plot, the project presented unique spatial challenges. To optimize functionality, a six-car parking facility and additional amenities were strategically placed underground. This approach allowed the ground floor to be dedicated to the living and dining areas, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere that aligns with the client’s vision of a homely environment.
NNAD
Situated with a southern exposure, this house was
carefully crafted to avoid direct sunlight. Innovative design strategies were implemented to keep the interior spaces pleasantly cool. Furthermore, a petite indoor garden was introduced, allowing for subtle, indirect natural light, enriching the overall atmosphere of the home.
PH Residence
This residence is designed to optimize solar orientation, enhancing energy efficiency and spatial experience. The centrally positioned pool acts as a visual anchor, connecting all rooms. Perforated screens at the entry create a dynamic play of light and shadow, offering glimpses of the water before gradually unveiling the pool. This intentional sequencing dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, seamlessly integrating architecture with the landscape.
Private Residence
This space displays a harmonious blend of art and client's passion for travel. It features a curated collection of artworks, sculptures, and a customized world map showcasing her visited countries. Every detail reflects her distinctive style and global perspective, creating a unique and dynamic living space.
This floor features a floor-to-ceiling revolving door, creating an open layout with living and dining areas separated by an art gallery wall.
SY Residence
Designed for a father and son, this unique house embodies open living. The ground floor is the father's domain, while the son resides on the upper floor in an open layout, where bedrooms are delineated only by walkways, fostering a sense of privacy without conventional doors. The upper-level living room extends through the third level, creating a sense of expansiveness. The layout strategically avoids western sun exposure, prioritizing natural ventilation for a comfortable and sustainable living environment.
TB Residence
Crafted to fulfill the client's desire for a luxurious modern space, this house revolves around a central swimming pool area. Designed as the family's social nucleus, the pool is visible from every part of the house, fostering a sense of openness and connectivity. This seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces not only enhances the visual appeal but also encapsulates the essence of contemporary living.
